"CAMÍ DE MAR de la Costa Brava" Association

We present ourselves as a non‐profit organization, with the aim of REHABILITATING AND CONNECTING all the CAMINS DE RONDA of the Costa Brava; where Civil Society is mobilizing to make all the interventions proposed at the 1st International Conference on Public Works Heritage (Madrid and Toledo, September 2023) a reality. A research paper, entitled "Camí de Mar de the Costa Brava" written by Eduard Bonmatí (civil engineer) and Josep Lluís Martínez Masferrer (degree in geography and history).

The connection and homogenization of a single route that traces the coastline without interruption, from the Pyrenees to the Tordera river, defines a new path called "SEA WAY". Its unique conception and treatment requires an important association, with management and negotiation capacity to make it a reality.

Once this CAMI DE MAR has been reached

  • We will provide access and preserve the NATURAL TREASURES that the new seaside walker will discover
  • We will protect and value the knowledge of its AUTHENTICITY
  • We will achieve DESEASONALITY of Costa Brava's economy
